We work with travel agents, tour operators and corporate partners to provide FIT holidays, customised itineraries, group tours, MICE and incentive travel, educational tours and other ground-handling services.

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCR to strengthen our B2B presence and develop business across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and the wider NCR market.

Key Responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and growing Pacific Pearl Holidays' B2B business across the assigned territory.

Travel Agent Sales & Business Development
- Regularly visit travel agencies, tour operators and other B2B travel partners across Delhi NCR.




- Introduce and promote Pacific Pearl Holidays and our Australia & New Zealand products and services.
- Develop new travel agent accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Generate new FIT, group, MICE, incentive and special-interest travel enquiries.
- Identify travel agents with strong potential for Australia and New Zealand business.
- Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls, meetings and product presentations.
- Follow up with agents on quotations, pending enquiries and potential bookings.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales, enquiry and revenue targets.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential agents, enquiries and upcoming business opportunities.

Market Development
- Increase awareness and visibility of Pacific Pearl Holidays within the Delhi NCR travel trade.
- Develop business opportunities across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and surrounding markets.
