Role Description
The Growth Marketing role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across PPStack’s EdTech, career, and digital services. The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies,
designing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, and identifying growth opportunities in existing and new markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, segmenting audiences, managing performance marketing initiatives, and collaborating with product, sales, and content teams to create integrated growth programs. The Growth Marketer will analyze funnel metrics, experiment with A/B tests, optimize customer journeys, and prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders. This role also contributes to improving customer experience and brand positioning through continuous feedback loops and cross-functional collaboration.
