*Work Model: Hybrid (3–4 Days Office | 2–3 Days Store) | Sunday Fixed Off*

JD:

* *Lead the overall retail merchandising function* for the Women's Wear category across retail stores

* *Onboard and manage premium designer brands,* negotiate commercial terms, and build long-term designer relationships

* *Drive category planning, assortment, inventory management, pricing strategy,* and seasonal collection launches

* *Monitor sales, customer buying trends, inventory productivity,* and prepare MIS reports to maximise sales and profitability

* *Develop pricing and markdown strategies* & * *Conduct competitor analysis,* identify market trends, and execute category growth initiatives





* *Plan & execute designer collection launches, media events, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns* in collaboration with designers &

* *Lead and mentor the merchandising team* while ensuring smooth merchandising operations and business growth

* *Plan product allocation, replenishment,* and optimise inventory based on seasonality and product life cycle

*Salary up to *Rs 24 lakh per annum* (can be increased slightly for the right candidate)
