We work with 240+ of India's leading organisations, including L&T;, ITC, Kotak, Glenmark, Aditya Birla, and Mahindra to support their employees in two critical areas: Parenting Wellness and Career Clarity for Their Children. We do this through a full-stack solution that includes expert counselling, psychometric assessments, mentorship programs, parenting diagnostics and interactive wellbeing platforms.

What Is This Role?

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in one lane. You'll own end-to-end sales across our B2B2C and B2C revenue streams — from first conversation to closed deal — while also being the operational backbone that keeps our B2B corporate accounts running smoothly and our CSR programmes delivered on the ground, Pan India. If you like variety, ownership, and being measured on real outcomes rather than just activity, this is built for you.

What You'll Do

1.



Sales — End to End (B2B2C & B2C) ~50%
- Pipeline Ownership:

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead engagement and needs discovery through pitching, objection handling, and closing — across both B2B2C and B2C customer segments.
- Consultative Selling:

Understand each customer's career-guidance or parenting-wellness needs and position the right Mentoria offering, rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch.
- Target Delivery:

Consistently hit and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Pipeline Hygiene:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, conversations, and deal stages in the CRM.
- Upsell & Renewal:

Identify and act on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within the existing customer base.

2. B2B Operations ~30%
- Customer & Counsellor Scheduling:

Get on calls with B2B revenue-stream customers to understand their needs and align counsel
