Magnet Brains is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Reasoning Educator to create high-quality, exam-oriented educational video content for Regulatory Bodies, Banking, Insurance and Government Sector examinations. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate, structured and engaging content that helps aspirants understand reasoning concepts and solve examination-level questions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality educational video content covering Reasoning for competitive examinations.
- Develop content on Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Inequality, Data Sufficiency and related topics.
- Prepare exam-oriented questions, examples, shortcuts and detailed solutions.
- Research previous-year questions and analyse current examination patterns.
- Develop structured scripts and educational material for video production.
- Record transparent, engaging and concept-focused educational videos.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of all concepts, questions, solutions and explanations.
- Keep content aligned with the latest syllabus and examination patterns of RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, IRDAI, LIC, GIC, ECGC, EPFO, FCI, FSSAI and similar examinations.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Strong command of Reasoning and aptitude-based competitive examination topics.
- Prior experience in Banking, Regulatory, Government or Competitive Exam preparation preferred.
- Experience in educational content creation will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with video recording and working in front of the camera.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner.
