About the Role

We are looking for an
Senior Accounts Executive
to join our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, invoicing, GST-related activities, bank entries, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should be proficient in
TallyPrime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day
Accounts Receivab

- Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time
- Generat
e e-Invoices through the GST Portal
- Maintain customer ledgers and ensure all receivable transactions are recorded accurately
- Record customer receipts and other relevant accounting entries
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payment




- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Handle
bank entries and bank reconciliation
- Record sales, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting transaction
- Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation
- Assist with GST-related accounting and ensure timely completion of related activities
- Perform regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare receivables reports and outstanding statements as required
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, collections, payments, and other accounting matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience
in Accounts Receivable / Gen
