About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented General Manager Digital VAS
with extensive experience in the Telecom VAS ecosystem, Direct Carrier Billing
(DCB), Affiliate Marketing, and Global Digital Partnerships. The ideal candidate
should have a proven track record of generating revenue, onboarding telecom
operators, DCB aggregators, advertisers, publishers, and affiliate partners across
multiple international markets.
This is a high-performance, target-driven role that requires exceptional business
acumen, robust industry relationships, and the ability to work under pressure while
managing multiple stakeholders globally.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Develop and execute global business strategies for Digital VAS and Direct
Carrier Billing (DCB) services.




Identify and onboard new telecom operators, carrier billing aggregators,
payment providers, and VAS partners across international markets.
Generate new business opportunities in regions including Asia, Middle East,
Africa, Europe, LATAM, and CIS.
Establish strategic partnerships with advertisers, publishers, affiliate networks,
content providers, and technology partners.
Own end-to-end commercial discussions including negotiations, pricing,
contracts, and commercial closures.
Build a sustainable business pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and
quarterly revenue targets.

Direct Carrier Billing (DCB)
