Key Responsibilities
- Achieve product-wise, market-wise, and dealer-wise sales targets.
- Develop and manage mentor dealers and channel partners.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and debtor management.
- Execute dealer visit plans and strengthen dealer engagement.
- Communicate pricing, schemes, and company initiatives to channel partners.
- Monitor dealer credit limits and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Drive retail price management and maintain market discipline.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, stock positions, and project opportunities.
- Improve dealer service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain safety standards and follow company guidelines during sales operations.
