Responsibilities Develop and execute offline marketing and business development strategies to increase patient footfall. Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare partners. Generate corporate tie-ups for employee health check-ups and wellness programs. Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, medical outreach activities, and community engagement initiatives. Coordinate with local associations, apartments, schools, colleges, industries, and NGOs for healthcare programs. Promote hospital specialties and healthcare packages through field marketing activities. Work closely with consultants and hospital management to improve referral networks. Coordinate with the digital marketing agency for online campaigns and ensure quality lead generation. Monitor patient referrals, marketing activities, and campaign effectiveness through regular MIS reports. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business growth opportunities.



Build and maintain a positive brand image for BR Hospitals within the local community. Ensure all marketing activities adhere to healthcare ethics and hospital guidelines. Requirements Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, business development, pharmaceutical marketing, or healthcare field operations. Robust networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience in organizing health camps, corporate events, and community outreach programs. Basic understanding of digital marketing and the ability to coordinate with external marketing agencies. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
