Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-IT recruitment

• Experience in sourcing, screening & coordinating candidates

• Must not be currently pursuing any education

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Personal laptop/desktop with stable internet connection

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and recruitment needs

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals & other channels

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews





• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

• Build robust relationships with candidates and clients

• Share regular hiring updates with management
