JOB DESCRIPTION – ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate leads through various channels, including digital leads, referrals, direct enquiries, and channel partners.
- Handle customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable project solutions.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, property demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead status, follow-ups, bookings, and collections.




- Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Support the Sales Manager in managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales processes and policies.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
