Role & responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of indoor and outdoor plants to assess overall health and growth.
- Identify plant diseases, pests, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Develop and implement plant nutrition, irrigation, and integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
- Plan and monitor seasonal planting, transplantation, pruning, and plant replacement activities.
- Provide technical guidance on plant selection, maintenance practices, and landscape improvement.
- Ensure optimal growth conditions through proper soil, fertilizer, and water management.
- Maintain records of plant health, treatments, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely horticultural operations.




- Support clients by providing technical advice on plant care and landscape management.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture.
- Fresher 0- 3 years of experience in horticulture, landscape maintenance, or plant health management.
- Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, plant nutrition, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
- Ability to diagnose plant health issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Positive communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for maintaining reports and records.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits
