Role & Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Performance

• Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization

• Identify and optimize growth channels primarily affiliates

• Track and improve key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, engagement, and retention

• Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and funnels

• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to generate actionable insights





• Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to align growth initiatives

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Create and implement platform-specific social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

• Oversee creation of engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns

• Monitor social trends and leverage them for brand growth and virality

• Manage community engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice

• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to expand reach

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report performance across growth and social channels

• Translate data into insights and actionable strategies for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Graduation OR PG in Marketing

4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or soc
