About the Role

Nidhii Skincare is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics, with a strong focus on creating content that increases brand awareness, engagement, followers, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage daily content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan Reels, Stories, posts, carousels, polls, and interactive content.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, hashtags, and content opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Video Editor, Creative Strategist, Script Writer,



Influencer Marketing, and Marketing teams.
- Brief the creative team for social media content requirements.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Develop ideas for campaigns, contests, product promotions, and brand-building activities.
- Track competitors and analyze their social media strategies.
- Monitor social media performance using insights and analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.
- Continuously test new content formats and strategies to improve performance.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
- Support influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns when required.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good content planning and story
