- Competency Mapping: Define education, training, experience, and personal attribute criteria for various audit roles (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001).
- System Design: Develop and maintain the software or database architecture used to track personnel qualifications, authorization statuses, and performance evaluations.
- Impartiality Control: Ensure job profiles and assignments prevent conflicts of interest and maintain strict objectivity. [
- Accreditation Readiness: Align internal competency systems with the mandates of national or international accreditation bodies (e.g., NABCB, IAF).
- Continuous Monitoring: Plan ongoing career development, monitor witness audit results, and update profiles based on evolving scheme standards.

Required qualifications : Bachelor's degree in commerce/science

Experience Minimum 5 years experience

Key Requirements & Skills
- Standard Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17021-1 (requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems).
- Process Planning: Strong background in workflow design, competency assessment methodologies, and database administration.
- Idea of second/third-party management system auditing or quality assurance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into structured, measurable job profiles.
