1. Job Purpose

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the complete Finance & Accounts function of Airtech Innovations Private Limited, ensuring accurate accounting, timely statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, audit coordination, and finalisation of the Balance Sheet and Financial Statements.

The position requires strong practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, audit processes, and financial reporting, along with the ability to independently coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and management.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
- Review accounting entries, ledgers, journal vouchers, receivables, payables, expenses, provisions and accruals.
- Ensure timely monthly,



quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure proper accounting of fixed assets, depreciation, provisions, advances, loans and liabilities.
- Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
- Ensure Bank Reconciliation, Customer Reconciliation and Vendor Reconciliation.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
- Take complete responsibility for year-end closing and finalisation of accounts.

B. Balance Sheet Finalisation
- Take ownership of the complete process of Balance Sheet finalisation.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents required for finalisation.
- Review all Balance Sheet heads and ensure proper classification and accounting.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors for audit requirements and queries.
