Role & responsibilities
- Perform chemical analysis using XRF, LECO CS844, and conventional wet chemistry methods.
- Test and monitor raw materials, process samples, and finished products.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and test documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, BIS, ISO 9001, and QMS requirements.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain data in Oracle ERP.
- Support internal/external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor laboratory consumables and assist in QC budget preparation.
Preferred candidate profile
Ferro Alloys, Mining, Metallurgical, Steel, or Process Industries.
