Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop current business opportunities through direct channel sales, field sales, or general insurance sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for policy issuance, premium collection, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in relationship management or a related field such as direct channel sales or field sales.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
