Role Description:





We are looking for B2B Sales Agents to support our US-focused B2B sales operations. This role involves outbound and inbound calling to business customers, lead qualification, order conversion, follow-ups, and coordination with internal sales and operations teams.

The role is target-driven and process-oriented, requiring robust communication skills, persistence, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

You will work closely with the Team Lead B2B Sales & Operations and be a key contributor to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

1. Make outbound calls to B2B prospects and existing customers in the US market.
2. Handle inbound B2B inquiries and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
