Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience Required
- 2-4 years of experience in the Chemical or Agrochemical industry.

Job Profile
- Handle day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining product quality and process efficiency.
- Supervise shop-floor manpower and allocate work effectively.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, safety, health, and environmental (EHS) guidelines.
- Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams for uninterrupted production.
- Maintain production logs, shift reports, and batch manufacturing records.
- Minimize downtime,



process losses, and material wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping (5S) and adherence to statutory and company safety norms.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in production operations and shift handling.
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage manpower and ensure safe plant operations.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a 30-day notice period will be preferred.
