Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead - Industrial Engineering to drive industrial engineering initiatives focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, productivity, process optimization, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in manufacturing processes, capacity planning, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead industrial engineering activities across manufacturing operations to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Analyze production processes, workflows, manpower utilization, and capacity to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process optimization, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct time and motion studies and establish standard operating times and manpower requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve production throughput and minimize downtime.
- Work closely with Production, Quality,



Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop and monitor key productivity and operational performance metrics.
- Support layout planning, process flow improvements, and effective utilization of resources.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to productivity, capacity, and process improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior industrial engineering team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Production Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience in time study, work measurement,
