1. HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across cafes, restaurants, and corporate functions.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and HR-related concerns.

2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate positions.
- Coordinate with HODs and Outlet Managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Support workforce planning based on business needs and outlet operations.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate trials, and manage offer and joining processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline for key hospitality positions.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the HR point of contact for employees across outlets.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and employee interactions.




- Drive employee engagement activities, recognition initiatives, and retention programs.
- Support a positive and service-oriented workplace culture.

4. Performance Management
- Coordinate the employee performance management and appraisal process.
- Work with managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
- Track probation confirmations and performance-related actions.
- Support managers in handling performance and behavioural concerns.

5. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation related to disciplinary actions, warnings, investigations, and exits.
- Coordinate with relevant external consultants/agencies for statutory and compliance requirements.

6. Training & Development
- Identify training requirements in coordination with HODs and outlet managers.
