About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Intern - HR & Social Media to join our digital marketing agency in Chandigarh.

This is an ideal prospect for a recent graduate who is ready to work, learn, take responsibility, and grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR
- Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Maintain basic HR records and documentation
- Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with team members and management

Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing social media platforms
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts
- Assist with captions, reels, stories, and other social media content
- Research social media trends, competitors, and relevant topics
- Support social media campaigns and marketing activities




- Monitor engagement and assist with basic social media reporting
- Bring creative ideas for improving social media presence

Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
- Assist with captions, posts, blogs, and marketing content
- Support content planning and social media activities
- Research trends, competitors, and relevant industry topics
- Assist the digital marketing team with campaigns and creative ideas
- Learn and work with tools used for content creation and digital marketing
