Our Team:
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India set up to centralize processes and activities supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D;, Data & Digital functions. SBO acts as a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, Global Market Access, and Commercial organizations globally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support execution of multiple projects aligned with global market access leads.
- Generate robust health economics and value-based evidence from global and US perspectives.
- Review and support Payer Value Proposition (PVP) development and related materials like the Core Value Dossier (CVD), Burden of Illness (BOI), and other Market Access documents.
- Monitor clinical trials and competitor HTA outcomes, maintaining HTA landscape tracking.
- Work on briefing books, CVP updates, and competitor pricing evolution linked to HTA results.
- Develop payer/treatment landscape assessments and track evolving guidelines and competitors.




- Conduct landscape literature reviews and secondary assessments.
- Track PRO/QOL data from competitors across publications, labels, and HTA evaluations.
- Assist in epidemiological funnel estimates via literature reviews and identify recent data sources.
- Create one-pagers for US PBMs and develop objection handling documents.
- Innovate and optimize HEVA evidence generation/dissemination processes.
- Mentor junior team members and review their content.

People:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HEVA, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
- Guide and coach junior team members on deliverables and strategy.
- Work with global teams across time zones.

Performance:
- Deliver strategic evidence for global/US market access.
- Support strategic documentation like PVP, CVD, AMCP dossiers, HTA tracking.
- Analyze PRO/QOL and epidemiological data and deliver market-relevant insights.
