This current Business Unit will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization,



incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D;, M&S;, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and People & Culture. Reporting to the Head of Productivity Initiatives, the Productivity Initiatives Team Lead will play a critical role in utilizing advanced analytics to identify, analyse, and drive efficiencies and productivity initiatives across the enterprise. This position will also be responsible for managing a team of two Analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of productivity initiatives.
