As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Talent Services , this role will be responsible to lead a team of recruiters for Asia Region covering India, SEA, ANZ spanning across countries in managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023/2024 or last few years average the consolidated hiring volumes in the region has been 1000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. The role will focus on executing hiring across our commercial, medical, sales, manufacturing organizations in the region.
Main responsibilities:
Assume accountability for all Recruitment Services delivered across the hub, ensuring alignment with Sanofis business strategy and global talent acquisition priorities.
- Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hub, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities within the hubs, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models.




- Lead and manage a mix of experienced and junior recruiters and manage the workload for all recruiters in the hub
- Support the organization in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach.
- Advise the organization s hiring managers and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.
- Led the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices. Oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processes.
- Help and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection.
- Led in-house efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to network, source, assess, and hire talent.
- Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance. Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop current members of the team as required.
