Project Management Office tasks
- Project - support Business Process workshops with stakeholders
- Report status of ongoing initiatives to internal stakeholders
- Present progress reports and integrating feedback of governance meetings & PI initiations
- Collaborate closely with peer Business Process management, Automation and Technology teams & Process Owners and/or external vendors to ensure that all improvement projects are delivered in a timely manner

Document Management
- Update regularly Playbook content and communicate to Sanofi GPO team
- Manage SOM site updates
- Manage and update training material for incurring topics / scopes
- Deliver knowledge sharing sessions with business users (eg SOM, Playbook)
- Manage and execute approved change requests in SOM Master Workflow

Experience
- 3+ years of Business process management / PMO experience
- Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment
- Awareness of transactional processes in any of these areas
- Source to Value, Order to Cash, HRS, Accounts to Report, Finance, Controlling, Manufacturing,



Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Reporting, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Internal Controls
