We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Talent Vendor Manager who plays a critical role in optimizing Sanofis relationships with external talent vendors, ensuring high-quality service performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with global standards. This role oversees vendor relationships, manages the global vendor budget, establishes market guardrails for standardized vendor use, and collaborates closely with Procurement and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

- Main responsibilities Oversee and manage relationships with global talent vendors (including RPOs), acting as the primary point of contact for communication, issue resolution, and performance management
- Foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership to ensure alignment with Sanofis talent acquisition goals




- Manage the global talent vendor budget, tracking spending, analyzing trends, and identifying cost optimization opportunities to ensure budget adherence and maximize return on investment
- Develop and implement transparent guardrails and guidelines for markets to follow when engaging with talent vendors
- Ensure standardized and streamlined vendor use across Sanofi, promoting consistency and efficiency
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, assessing performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in alignment with Sanofis talent acquisition strategy
- Procurement Collaboration & Contract Management are properly managed, contractual obligations are met, and vendor strategies align with Sanofis wider procurement goals
