About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Head – EPC to lead and manage the end-to-end
execu?on of large-scale residen?al and commercial construc?on projects. The candidate will
be responsible for planning, coordina?ng, execu?on, monitoring, and successful comple?on
of projects while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and ?mely delivery.

 Work closely with management to implement project development and opera?onal
strategies.
 Develop systems to monitor project performance against budgets, ?melines, and
quality standards.
 Iden?fy project variances and implement correc?ve ac?on plans.
 Introduce value engineering prac?ces and adopt modern construc?on technologies.
 Build and lead robust project teams with clear accountability structures.

Engineering & Contracts Management
 Develop contrac?ng strategies and oversee vendor/contractor selec?on.
 Nego?ate and finalize contracts to ensure cost efficiency and risk mi?ga?on.
 Monitor contractor performance and implement risk management plans.
Procurement Management
 Establish vendor selec?on standards and manage procurement processes.
 Nego?ate rates and evaluate vendor performance.
 Review project budgets and iden?fy cost-saving opportuni?es.
 Prepare project cash flow forecasts and ensure financial planning.
Construc?on Management
 Monitor project progress, ?melines, and quality standards.
 Conduct variance analysis and implement control measures.
 Ensure ?mely comple?on and project handover.
 Coordinate with planning, procurement, contracts, and construc?on teams.
