Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery as per their preferences and requirements
- Explain product features, pricing, and customization options clearly
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of display counters
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist in stock management, tagging, and inventory checks
- Follow company policies related to sales, security, and customer service

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery or luxury retail)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS software
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment
