Position: Performance Marketing Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving growth through digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels for consumer-focused brands. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with creative and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive revenue and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign efficiency.

Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.

Conduct audience research, campaign testing, and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates.

Track, analyze,



and report campaign performance using analytics and attribution tools.

Assist in budget management and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend across channels.

Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Support retention, remarketing, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives where applicable.

Maintain campaign documentation, reporting dashboards, and performance insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for consumer-focused brands.

Solid experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization.

Experience handling and optimizing significant monthly advertising budgets.
