About The Role:

We are currently seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist,
reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager
.
As a driven and professional recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent. We’re looking for an enthusiastic self starter who has a passion for full cycle recruiting. In this role you’ll work closely with hiring managers to source, attract and close candidates who are a great fit for the role,



company and culture. You are motivated, goal-oriented towards shrinking time to hire and have a high level of integrity. We require someone with total dedication to compliance that you know protects the company and the candidate. You work tirelessly to consistently improve the hiring process and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This requires a motivated and experienced recruitment skilled to hit the ground running

What you’re responsible for:
- Responsible to drive full life cycle of recruiting for corporate and some field roles
- Work with hiring managers to further develop job descriptions that comply with all current legal requirements
- Conduct efficient and detailed intake process with all hiring managers and stakeholders, and execute sourcing strategies that result in hires that are excited and motivated to win
- You prepare to conduct regular updates on search status and follow
