? About the Role

Are you a performance marketing skilled who loves turning
ad spends into measurable business growth
?

We’re looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
to drive digital acquisition and revenue through data-driven campaigns across
Google, Meta, DV360 and other digital platforms
.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to plan, execute, analyse and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

? What You'll Do
- Plan, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads and other biddable platforms, including DV360
.
- Drive campaigns focused on key business outcomes such as
sales, leads and customer acquisition
.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including
ROAS and conversions
.
- Manage significant digital advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of spends.




- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and milestones.
- Work closely with agency partners, internal teams and hotels to execute effective campaign strategies.
- Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improved performance and ROI.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Leverage
Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
to evaluate customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

? What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience
in digital/performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads and DV360
.
- Experience across
PPC, Paid Social and Display advertising
.
- Strong understanding of
digital media buying, media planning and campaign optimization
.
- Experience in
ROAS-driven campaign management and
