Job Summary
The Regional Rewards Leader is responsible for leading and continuously improving Rewards programs across India, ASEAN, Pacific and METAP. The role partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, Finance, Global Rewards CoE and external providers to design, implement and govern competitive, fair and cost-effective rewards solutions.



Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, the role ensures local and regional rewards programs support business priorities, strengthen employee experience, enable attraction and retention of talent, while remaining compliant with changing regulatory requirements.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Design, develop and monitor rewards programs at local and regional level
Use external market insights and internal data to assess the competitiveness, fairness and employee relevance of rewards programs.
Ensure rewards solutions are aligned with business priorities across the region and tailored to local market needs where appropriate.
Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into practical actions.
Balance employee needs, market competitiveness and cost effectiveness to deliver sustainable rewards outcomes for Signify.
