We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion Business Analyst
to drive business process improvement and optimisation across key stakeholder groups. The role will focus on
Oracle Fusion PLM
and
Oracle Fusion Cloud CX
, working closely with business, IT, and data teams to improve operational efficiency and support ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimise business processes within
Oracle Fusion PLM
and
Oracle Fusion CX
.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement and transformation opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process maps.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business and IT teams.
- Support Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, and optimisation initiatives.
- Drive process standardisation, operational excellence, and user adoption.




- Troubleshoot business process and system issues, coordinating resolutions across teams.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and technical teams to align data and business objectives.
- Support change management and business transformation activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience as an
Oracle Fusion Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with
Oracle Fusion PLM and/or Oracle Fusion CX
- Expertise in one or more of the following:
- Oracle CPQ
(CX)
- Oracle Innovation Management
- Oracle Product Development
- Oracle Product Hub (PIM)
- Previous
Dell experience
or strong familiarity with Dell's systems, processes, and operating model

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion transformation, implementation, or optimisation programmes
- Experience working with Data Architects and Data Engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and process automation
