ELV / IBMS Project Engineer – Project Execution

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in
Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Experience

Relevant experience in
ELV / IBMS project execution
and building management systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate ELV and IBMS projects from installation through testing and commissioning.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Review and understand
AutoCAD drawings
, layouts, schematics, and system designs.
- Monitor installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities for ELV systems.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, progress reports, checklists, and handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and technical requirements.

Mandatory Technical Skills





Candidates must have project execution experience in
Building Management ELV Systems
, including exposure to:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Water Leak Detection (WLD)
- ETS / Emergency Telephone System

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in
ELV and IBMS projects
.
- Experience working on
Metro and Railway projects
will be preferred.
- Good understanding of
AutoCAD drawings
; hands-on AutoCAD experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive coordination, communication, and site management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple site activities.

- Travel expenses for
outstation travel
will be provided as per company policy.
- Routine/local travel expenses should be considered within the offered salary package.
