Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance

They are looking for a
Master Data Specialist
to join the team and help establish trusted, high-quality master data across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role covering:
- Master data creation, maintenance, enrichment and hierarchy management
- Data quality, cleansing, reconciliation and exception management
- Data stewardship and governance
- Gathering and documenting business/data requirements
- Improving data processes, controls and standards
- Supporting CRM, ERP and MDM implementations and migrations
- Data profiling, root-cause analysis and operational reporting
- Working closely with Finance, HR,
Commercial, Risk, Legal, IT and Data teams
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
- Master Data Management / Data Stewardship / Data Quality
- Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric
- Power BI and advanced Excel
- Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
- ERP/CRM data and migrations
- Data hierarchies, reference data and metadata
- Data governance frameworks and business rules

hands-on with data
, but can also work effectively with business stakeholders to understand problems, improve processes and raise data quality across a complex global organisation.
