Graphic Designer
to join our
Earth & Environment Strategic Pursuits & Proposals Team
on a
full-time
basis based in GCC India.

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the proposal and marketing teams to develop high-quality, visually appealing graphics that enhance our proposals, brochures, presentations, and reusable collateral. The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in
graphic design, video graphics, motion graphics, and 3D animation
, with the ability to create engaging visual content that effectively communicates complex ideas and supports business development and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize graphics for use in proposals, presentations, brochures, and other graphics materials.
- Collaborate closely with the proposal team to create visuals that clearly communicate technical information and align with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, explainer videos,



and multimedia content to support strategic pursuits and marketing campaigns.
- Develop 3D animations, visualisations, and rendered content to effectively communicate engineering, environmental, and infrastructure concepts.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable graphics, icons, templates, and design elements to inspire and streamline future pursuits.
- Work within tight deadlines to meet proposal submission timelines.
- Stay updated on industry design trends, software, and tools to continuously improve the quality of materials produced.
- Provide guidance and design support to team members who create in-house materials.
- Should have strong knowledge of Business Development
- Preferably having knowledge on Bids and Proposals Submission.

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
