Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Customer Service Engineer role based in New Delhi. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining dental radiology equipment at customer locations, ensuring systems operate safely and effectively.



The Customer Service Engineer will perform technical troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs and preventive maintenance, while documenting service activities accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to service calls, providing technical support and guidance to customers, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues. The role also focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely, professional support and training users on equipment operation and basic care.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service follow-up.
- Experience in field service operations, including on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical equipment.
