Senior Manager – Human Resources (HR)

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Strategic Execution
- Execute HR strategies, policies, and SOPs defined by the Head – HR
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across
corporate offices and branch offices
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes, policies, and governance standards




- Strengthen and standardise
HR processes, SOPs, and HRMS adoption
across the organisation
- Support
workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organisational structuring

Employee Relations & Culture
- Lead employee relations across
corporate and branch locations
- Handle employee
grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
with maturity and fairness
- Ensure workplace discipline, ethical conduct, and harmonious employee relations
- Act as a
trusted people partner
to managers and leadership on sensitive people matters

Performance Management & Productivity
- Drive a
KRA/KPI-based performance management system
, goal setting, and appraisals
- Support productivity improvement and performance review initiatives
- Partner with leadership to build a
performance-driven and accountable culture

Recruitment & Workforce Enablement
