About the Role

We are looking for a
Vice President - Growth & Partnerships
to lead our
GCC (Global Capability Center) growth business division.

This is a senior, strategic role for someone who has deep experience in the
GCC ecosystem
, strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers, and a proven ability to bring new GCC opportunities and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with
GCC setup/advisory firms, talent platforms, staffing organizations, consulting firms, or companies supporting enterprises in establishing and scaling GCCs
.

You should already have a robust network within the GCC ecosystem and be capable of opening conversations with CXOs, GCC Heads, CHROs, CTOs, CIOs, Talent Leaders and other key decision-makers.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategy and growth of our GCC business.
- Identify companies planning to establish, expand, or scale GCCs in India.




- Build relationships with CXOs, GCC Heads, Country Heads, CHROs, CTOs, CIOs and Talent Leaders.
- Generate new GCC opportunities through your existing network, industry relationships, referrals, partnerships and outbound business development.
- Position our organization as a
strategic GCC and talent partner
, rather than simply a recruitment or staffing provider.
- Develop and close strategic GCC partnerships and enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships with GCC advisors, consultants, PE/VC firms, technology companies, HR partners and other ecosystem players.
- Create strategic referral and channel partnerships that generate new GCC opportunities.
- Lead CXO-level discussions, proposals, negotiations and commercial closures.
- Work closely with internal delivery, talent and leadership teams to develop customized GCC solutions.
