About the Role NWe are looking for a creative, organised and execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage the digital presence of four education brands:

- SGA – Sampurna Growth Academy: Holistic education and life-growth platform N
- The Weekend School (TWS): Weekend programmes for leadership, creativity and essential life skills N
- Chate Prep Plus (CPP): Smart academic preparation, test series, crash courses and online learning N
- Chate Coaching Classes (CCC): Established academic coaching brand N

nThis is not only aposting role. You will be responsible for understanding each brand, planning content, coordinating shoots, creating campaigns, publishing consistently and improving reach, engagement and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy and Planning N

- Create separate monthly content calendars for all four brands. N
- Understand the different audiences, objectives and communication styles of each brand. N
- Convert programme ideas, student problems, academic topics and founder insights into engaging content. N
- Plan content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. N
- Maintain the right balance between educational, inspirational, promotional and community-focused content. N

Content Creationn
- n
- Write captions, hooks, video scripts, carousel content, ad copy and campaign messages. N
- Coordinate and conduct basic photo and video shoots with students, teachers, coaches and team members. N
- Create or coordinate reels, short-form videos, carousels, posters, stories and testimonials. N
- Work with designers andvideo editors while also being capable of creating quick content independently using Canva and mobile editing tools. N
- Repurpose one idea intomultiple
