NWe are hiring experiencedSales Managers for a leading pharmaceutical organization to drive Hospital Institutional Business across IVF/Hormones, Cardiac and Nephrology therapy segments.
NThe role involves managing key hospital accounts, developing dealer/distributor networks, building robust relationships with Hospital Purchase Managers and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.
NThis is an Individual Contributor role with complete ownership of the assigned region.

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive Hospital Institutional Sales within assigned territory N
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor/stockist network N
- Generate business from Hospitals, Clinics and Institutional Accounts N




- Build relationships with Hospital Purchase Managers and Procurement Teams N
- Handle pricing negotiations and commercial discussions N
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets N
- Identify new institutional business opportunities N
- Expand market share across assigned geography N

nMandatory Experience
N6–10 years of Hospital Institutional Sales experience
NExperience in one of the following therapy areas:

- Cardiacn
- IVF/Hormones N
- Nephrologyn

nExperience managing Hospital Purchase Managers
NDealer / Distributor / Stockist Management
NExperience handling Hospital Accounts
NIndividual Sales Target of minimum ₹30 Lakhs per month
NWilling to work as an Individual Contributor
