NWe are seeking a fulltimeSr BIM Engineer, with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience. Sr BIM Engineer plays an key role in the digital delivery and digital integration of projects. Using technical experience and excellent skills, He / She will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans and other documentation in the project delivery process.

- Manage and coordinate BIM activities across MEP projects to ensure efficient model development and timely project delivery. N
- Develop, update, and maintain BIM workflows, protocols, and standards within the MEP team. N
- Review and interpret client BIM requirements and assist in preparing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for project deliverables. N
- Ensure adherence to BIMbest practices, workflows, and quality standards across all project stages. N
- Provide technical guidance and support to MEP modelers, ensuring coordination with other disciplines for seamless project integration. N




- Oversee Revit project setup, manage content libraries, and ensure proper use of templates and standards. N
- Demonstrate expertise in Revit, including creating, modifying, and managing complex MEP families and systems. N
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models to ensure design accuracy, clash-free integration, and constructability. N
- Support the BIM Lead/Coordinator in mentoring and monitoring MEP modelers to maintain productivity and quality. N
- Conduct quality checks to ensure MEP shop drawings meet project and company standards before submission. N
- Use Navisworks tools for model review, clash detection, and documentation. N
- Perform QA/QC reviews of BIM deliverables to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance. N
- Drive adoption of BIM best practices and promote continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team. N
