nKey Account Manager (KAM) – Amazon US & Walmart Marketplace

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Manage the complete end-to-end operations of Amazon US and Walmart Marketplace.n
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including SEO titles, bullet points, A+ Content, Brand Store, images, and videos.n
- Plan and execute new product launches while ensuring marketplace compliance.n
- Manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Walmart Connect advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS and sales.n
- Monitor and optimize key marketplace metrics, including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Buy Box, Organic Ranking, Sessions, and Sales.n
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.n
- Plan inventory, coordinate FBA and WFS replenishments, and ensure healthy stock levels while minimizing storage costs.n
- Coordinate export documentation, freight forwarding,



customs compliance, and international logistics for US shipments.n
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports covering sales, profitability, advertising performance, inventory, and category trends.n
- Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to drive marketplace growth.n
- Own the complete P&L; of the assigned marketplaces and deliver revenue and profitability targets.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (US) and Walmart Seller Center.n
- Solid knowledge of Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect, FBA, WFS, and international marketplace operations.n
- Experience with marketplace analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, Keepa, and Sellerboard.n
- Good understanding of export processes, international shipping, and customs documentation.n
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables,
