nSalt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop service)
nShift & Schedule
n- Night Shift aligned with U.S. time zones
n- Days Off: Fixed weekends – Saturday & Sunday
n- Rotation: Monday to Friday workweek
nAbout the Role
nAs a part of our US healthcare support team, you will:
n- Handle inbound voice calls from U.S. Healthcare service/customers—no sales, no targets.
n- Resolve queries professionally and accurately, ensuring timely issue resolution.
n- Listen actively, empathize, and provide clear, personalized support.
nRequirements
n- Solid communication skills in English (verbal & written), preferably US accent-neutral.




n- Minimum 12th pass; graduation or diploma is a plus.
n- Comfortable working night shifts in U.S. time zones.
n- Preferred: Fresher/Prior experienced, All are welcome.
nCompensation & Benefits
n- In-hand Salary: ₹15,000–₹19,000 per month
n- Travel Allowance + Subsidized Meals
n- Free Cab Drop after night shift
n- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month
n- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to ₹15,000
