nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, generate business opportunities, and build strong market relationships within the commercial interior fit-out industry.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunitiesn
- Build relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, PMCs, architects, and consultantsn
- Identify upcoming commercial interior fit-out projectsn
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussionsn
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams for pitches and submissionsn
- Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and business reportsn
- Support negotiation and closure of projectsn
- Track market trends, competition, and industry developmentsn

nRequirements:

- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Salesn
- Experience in corporate interiors, fit-outs, real estate, or design-build industry preferredn
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skillsn
- Ability to generate and convert business opportunitiesn
- Knowledge of commercial interior market and client handlingn
