JOB DUTIES

* Good understanding on basic accounting concepts
* Payroll accounting or General Accounting experience, able to handle Month end
activities like JV postings, Manual accrual /reclass/ recharges, cost
distribution and allocation reporting
* Understanding with Accrual, payment offsets, releases
* Cost trend analysis and analytical thinking to solve the problems and
accounting treatment
* Hands-on experience with PIT and Inpat tax calculations/filings
* BS reconciliation preparation and exposure reporting
* Payroll related Statutory payments and reconciliations
* HC and personnel cost variance analysis
* Internal & External audit support and documentation
* Process transition experience




* A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related
experience required. A Bachelors Degree is preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Specialist / Senior
Payroll Specialist to manage payroll accounting, financial reporting, statutory
compliance, and stakeholder engagement activities. The ideal candidate will
possess strong accounting knowledge, payroll expertise, and hands-on experience
with payroll-related financial processes and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
