Job Summary
The Advanced Specialist will provide subject‑matter expertise and hands‑on leadership within assigned projects or technical domains to ensure product safety, compliance and high performance. The role will drive specialist activities across the project lifecycle, support cross‑functional teams with technical input, and ensure that verification, validation and continuous improvement practices are implemented and sustained for current product introductions and changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist technical input to project planning, design reviews and verification strategies to ensure alignment with safety, regulatory and customer requirements.
- Lead and support cross‑functional technical gates, workshops and issue‑resolution meetings with engineering, quality, manufacturing and suppliers.




- Define and maintain technical requirements, interfaces and specifications; ensure traceability between requirements, design, test and production documentation.
- Conduct and support risk assessment activities (e.g., DFMEA/PFMEA) and drive implementation of mitigation actions collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Develop, review and oversee test plans, validation protocols and qualification activities to demonstrate compliance with internal standards and customer expectations.
- Support supplier interactions including technical reviews, capability assessments and resolution of supplier‑related issues.
- Investigate technical or quality issues during development and launch, lead root cause analysis and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
