About the role





We are seeking a Credit to Collections Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) team in Pune. This role is responsible for cash application, collections support, account reconciliation, reporting, and stakeholder query resolution. The successful candidate will work closely with local markets, treasury, accounts payable, payment teams, leadership teams, and customers to ensure accurate receivables management, timely issue resolution, and adherence to audit and process requirements. The role requires robust accounting knowledge, analytical capability, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of work within defined timelines.
